01Website operator and scope

This website is operated by iExcel Group, an Australian business operating in Melbourne. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@iexcelgroup.com.au.

These terms concern use of the website. They do not replace an agreed consultation arrangement, a written professional service agreement, a privacy collection notice, or rights and obligations imposed by law.

02General information, not an individual assessment

The website provides general information about Australian migration, education and related planning. It is not personalised migration advice, a legal opinion about your circumstances, an eligibility decision or an offer of a guaranteed pathway.

Visa requirements, nomination settings, charges, processing information and review rights can change. Examples, comparisons, interactive planning content and published articles do not establish your eligibility. Check current official requirements and obtain appropriate individual advice before acting.

Migration Insights distinguishes publication status, event dates and source-check dates. A source-check date records a review of the cited sources, not a publication date or a promise of continuous monitoring. Nomination figures and program information are dated snapshots, not a live ranking, a personal invitation forecast or a guarantee of availability.

Check Your Points produces separate self-assessed federal, Victoria VPT and Canberra Matrix estimates from your selections, not verified assessments or official submissions. Unknown or unresolved claims can make a result incomplete; those factors are excluded rather than confirmed as zero. Federal 190 and 491 totals include conditional nomination or sponsorship points; they do not establish that those conditions are met. State ranking scores use different rules and scales, do not add to federal points, and do not establish nomination eligibility or predict invitations. ACT resident and overseas tables are separate, and each ACT 190 or 491 pathway requires its own Matrix and eligibility checks. The occupation lookup shows a dated snapshot of federal occupation lists and specified assessing authorities, not a verified match to your duties, VPT skill level, ACT list membership, current nomination availability or personal eligibility. The two federal 491 pathways have separate list requirements. Historical skills assessments and transitional provisions require individual review. The tools do not validate raw English-test scores, employment records, occupation eligibility, earnings methodology or skills-assessment evidence. The calculation date records when a summary was generated, not an invitation date or verification of time-dependent criteria. Review the dated sources, unresolved source boundaries and stated limitations and obtain individual advice before relying on a result.

Migration advice by Amir Adhikari, Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1803796), is subject to the agreed service and an assessment of your circumstances. His registration is an individual professional registration, not a visa-outcome guarantee.

03Victoria score reporting, optional saving and community comparisons

Saving a Victoria VPT profile is optional and requires acceptance of the collection notice. Authorised iExcel staff can access saved answers and reported progress for review and administration. Protect your PIN, password and backup recovery file; older profiles may still use an access phrase. Do not share credentials or use another person’s profile.

Submit accurate information and keep it current. Do not create duplicate profiles to manipulate comparisons or submit fabricated invitations or outcomes. Email, phone and identity are not verified by this feature; a submission is not proof of a unique applicant or supporting evidence.

Community comparisons include only sufficiently current, comparable submissions to this website. They are not Victoria’s complete ROI pool, an official ranking, an official cutoff or an invitation forecast. Public snapshots show broad score bands and approximate band-position ranges, not exact personal ranks. A hypothetical unsaved score does not add a profile to the pool. Saving or updating a Victoria profile requires agreement to its inclusion in anonymous public community comparisons, along with storage and authorised staff access. There is no private-only saving option. Earlier private-only permissions are not silently converted. In the protected dashboard, equal scores share a rank. Small samples and unresolved scores are withheld. Priority applicants also remain in the overall comparison. Planning and ROI-submitted profiles are separate filters. Occupation and subclass filters are community views, not a representation of government quotas or separate official queues.

Progress reports are self-reported and retain the calculation version associated with the report. An invitation to apply for nomination, nomination approval, visa lodgement and visa grant are different events. A person’s presence on a priority list does not establish which selection route led to an invitation.

You can report a completed Victoria score without a PIN, password, email or telephone number. Both unsaved reports and saved profiles are retained indefinitely without automatic expiry. A secure reporting receipt allows the same browser to resume reporting and optional saving for up to 24 hours; its expiry does not delete the report. It is not cross-device recovery. Choosing to save adds credentials to the existing submission without adding a second report. Comparisons have no inactivity deadline but keep program years, scoring rules and eligible reported stages separate. Future program-year arrangements will be reviewed separately. There is no self-service deletion control; privacy requests go to info@iexcelgroup.com.au. Forgotten saved access can only be recovered using an available authorised device or valid recovery credential, subject to the security controls described in the Privacy Policy.

04Decisions and outcomes

Visa, nomination, skills-assessment, review, admission and scholarship decisions are made by the relevant authorities or institutions. No statement, illustration, testimonial or review on this website guarantees an outcome, a processing time, admission, employment or permanent residence.

Education admission or enrolment is separate from visa eligibility. An offer letter or Confirmation of Enrolment is not a visa grant. Published client feedback reflects individual experiences and does not predict another matter’s result.

05Enquiries, consultations and professional engagements

Browsing the website, making an enquiry or completing visitor registration does not engage us to prepare or lodge an application, represent you before an authority, or monitor a deadline. A consultation is a distinct service governed by its booking terms and agreed scope.

Appointments are normally by phone, Zoom or in person at our Melbourne office. For the migration booking process, book the appointment first and then complete the linked visitor-registration form. Education enquiries can be made using the contact numbers on the Education pages.

Any subsequent application, response or representation work requires a separately agreed scope and applicable written engagement. Tell us about relevant deadlines and provide accurate information, but do not assume work has commenced without confirmation.

An enquiry or appointment does not lodge anything, extend a visa, stop a deadline or preserve review rights. If a deadline may apply, contact the office promptly and seek suitable professional assistance.

06Fees, cancellations and refunds

Check the fee, inclusions and any cancellation or rescheduling terms presented for an appointment before confirming it. Ask us if these are unclear. This website does not create an unadvertised free-consultation entitlement or an automatic subscription.

Fees and scope for further professional work are agreed separately. Government charges, assessment fees and other third-party costs may be additional and should be clarified as part of the engagement.

Any cancellation or refund arrangements must be consistent with applicable law and the terms supplied for the particular service. Nothing in these website terms removes a statutory right to a refund or remedy. No blanket “no refunds” policy is created here.

07Responsible use and private administration

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or try to access private administration or information without permission.

Check Your Points and the anonymous public Victoria community snapshot are available without registration, email or telephone verification. Victoria VPT also offers optional saved profiles and progress reporting, accessed using a four-digit PIN and password rather than an email account. A backup reference and recovery code allow credential resets; older profiles retain their original reference-and-phrase access until switched. Comparison processing, explicit saving and public aggregate use are described in the Privacy Policy. Federal and Canberra calculators do not offer saved profiles. Authorised administrator access is separate.

You remain responsible for having appropriate authority to provide information about another person. Privacy handling is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

08External links, booking and communication services

The website links to official information, appointment booking, visitor registration, messaging, social media and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before submitting information or making a payment.

A link is not a guarantee of availability or accuracy, an endorsement of every statement on the destination, or a claim that iExcel Group represents every education provider. Confirm any institution-specific assistance or representation directly with us.

External services do not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law for our own services or handling of your information.

09Website content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, design and illustrations are owned by iExcel Group or used subject to the relevant owner’s rights or licence. Third-party logos, review content, photographs, maps and other material remain subject to their respective rights and any applicable credits.

You may read and refer to the website for personal information purposes. Do not misrepresent our material as your own, imply an affiliation, or republish it commercially without appropriate permission. These terms do not restrict rights or exceptions provided by law.

10Availability, responsibility and consumer rights

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may become outdated and the service may be interrupted. Report a suspected error to info@iexcelgroup.com.au. Do not rely on the website alone for a time-critical decision.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. This draft does not impose a blanket exclusion of responsibility or an arbitrary liability cap.

The rights and responsibilities for a paid professional service depend on the agreed engagement and applicable law, not on a general website disclaimer.

11Applicable law and changes

These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws or protections that apply. This does not require you to give up rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

An approved version should identify its effective or last-updated date. Changes to website terms do not retrospectively change a separate professional agreement or remove existing statutory rights. This pre-launch draft is dated for review, not as an effective agreement.
